Search forms send the name, phone number, or address entered to the outside provider that returns sponsored results. We do not retain those searches on our servers. A message sent to us contains only what the sender chooses to include, and we use it to answer that message.

Our hosting systems create routine logs containing an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate use helps maintain the service and show which material is useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
What We Do With This Data
That limited data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvement. We neither sell a visitor list nor build individual visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Government portals, records offices, libraries, and outside search tools set their own privacy terms. Information submitted after following a link is governed by that service. The same is true for data entered to obtain sponsored search results from the outside provider.
Who Might See Your Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
The Maryland Online Data Privacy Act of 2024, SB 541, provides qualifying consumers with rights involving covered businesses and became operative October 1, 2025. Its definitions and exemptions control whether a request applies. We can check our contact mailbox and server logs for data tied to a request; use the Contact page. Official records held by Towson-area, Baltimore County, or Maryland custodians remain outside our control, so correction or restriction requests for those records must go to the keeper.
